Obtaining “control” of enough developable land to achieve sufficient economies of scale and financing, while preserving cash and liquidity is a huge challenge. This creates an opportunity for CBA to work with developers to:

    • Arrange structured financing or Land Banking for future phases of development within the capital stack
    • Arrange structured financing or Lot Warehousing for homebuilders for efficient inventory management.
