CBA Land Capital Closes on 1,039 Acres in Katy – Land Tejas Plans 3,000 Homes

CBA Land Capital in partnership with Land Tejas has purchased 1,039 acres in Katy. Land Tejas plans to develop the land into a 3,000 home residential community. Just a few miles north of Interstate 10 and west of the Grand Parkway along Clay and Pitts roads the tract of land is within both Harris and Waller counties. The first homesites are expected to be available in 2021.
